News Desk: Former Telecom Minister and key accused in the 2G scam, A Raja has been granted bail by the court after spending 15 months in Tihar Jail.

A Raja's counsel had moved the bail application on the ground of parity after former Telecom Secretary and another key accused Siddharth Behura was granted bail last week.

A Raja sought parity with the 13 other 2G scam accused who are already out on bail. The court accepted his appeal and granted him the bail. However, Raja has been asked not to visit Tamil Nadu without the court's permission.
