Maoists abduct 2 Railway Officials in Jharkhand |

Breaking News! Train services on the Delhi-Howrah route have come to a complete halt, as the Maoists abducted two Railway officials in Jharkhand. The abducted officials included the Station Master.

The incident occurred in Ghorparna near West Bengal-Jharkhand. The station master and porter were taken to an undisclosed location by the naxals, who have called for a shutdown in West Bengal-Jharkhand region.

Many trains are halted near Asansol on WB-Jharkhand border. Efforts are on to trace the abducted Railway officials. |
