Breaking News! The five-year-old baby Mahi was finally pulled out of the 68-feet borewell after 86 hours, but her rescue came too late, as she was declared dead at the ESI Hospital in Gurgaon.

The armymen had a tough time to pull Mahi out of the borewell. The lack of coordination between various agencies had delayed the rescue process further. It took 86 hours for the armymen to reach Mahi and retrieve her. But it was too late.

Mahi had fallen to the 70-ft uncapped borewell at around 11 PM on Wednesday during her birthday celebrations. She was provided adequate Oxygen inside the borewell, but the conditions went against her and the little kid could not fight the odds.

Soon after the rescue, the Army took Mahi to the ESI Hospital. However, she was declared brought dead there. The district magistrate confirmed the news, bringing grief and despair to millions of people who have been praying for her survival. The doctors at ESI Hospital have revealed that Mahi died soon after she fell into the borewell. Her body was found in a decomposed state.
