Ranchi: Several trains including three Rajdhani Express from Delhi were stopped in different places in Jharkhand following train blockade by the BJP  supporters. While the Howrah Rajdhani was stranded at Sharmatand, the Sealdah Rajdhani at Parsabad, and the Bhubaneswar Rajdhani at the Koderma Railway station.

The BJP activists sat on railway tracks this morning demanding opening of reservation counters at Parsabad station. They also demanded the Mumbai-Howrah and other express trains should stop at that station. The protesters cleared the tracks after getting assurance from the railway authorities.
