Breaking News! Madras High Court judge Justice Reghupathy is stick to his previous claim that in letter sent to former Chief Justice of Madras High Court HL Gokhale, he had mentioned the name of former Telecom Minister A Raja.

Justice Reghupathy said that he had mentioned Raja's name alleging that the former minister had tried to influence him in a case.

However, Law Minister M Veerappa Moily on Friday had come with a statement that Raja's name was not figured in the letter written by the former Chief Justice of India K G Balakrishnan to him in August 2009.

Meanwhile, former Chief Justice of India Balakrishnan on Thursday had said he had received only a report on the issue from justice H L Gokhale and not any letter that was written by Justice Reghupathy. He said that the report did not contain any minister's name.
