Breaking News! The Congress Party is facing huge embarrassment over its Ad in Gujarat that praised Chief Minister Narendra Modi. Although the Congress claimed that it was a satire, the party knows that their Ad misfired.

The person in charge of the Congress Ad has reportedly messed up things - knowingly or unknowingly. An internal probe has been ordered to find out whether a BJP mole was behind the incident or it was just a mistake.

The Congress Party carried out a two-page pull-out on all local newspapers on theRepublic Day, which listed the achievements of all Chief Ministers in the state.

While talking about Narendra Modi, it said, “Modi is a master organiser and astute election strategist.” Listing his “major achievements,” it said he had been “trying very hard to convert Gujarat into a vibrant State, he has established a separate Department for Biotechnology, and he has also been able to raise the height of the Narmada [dam] by 11.64 metres to 121.92 metres.”

While the BJP was amused with this new development and "thanked" the Congress for acknowledging Narendra Modi's development work in Gujarat, the Congress Party went on a defensive and tried to put up a volt face saying the Ad was meant to ridicule Modi and expose his false propaganda.

There is little doubt that the Gujarat Congress leaders yet again faltered and handed over the advantage to Narendra Modi.
