Bangalore: Former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa remained adamant and refused to leave Bangalore after he was invited by the BJP to New Delhi for the discussion to resolve the political crisis.

Meanwhile, the 48-hour deadline set by Yeddyurappa to be reinstated as Karnataka Chief Minister ended on Tuesday. The BJP will have to say whether he will be reinstated as the CM or DV Sadananda Gowda would continue as the CM of the state.

However, Karnataka Law Minister said that CM Sadananda Gowda will present the budget in the Karnataka Assembly on Wednesday. Even party's strongman Yeddyurappa has also agreed on Gowda presenting the budget in the state Assembly.

Demanding the central leadership to reinstate as the CM, Yeddyurappa has shifted 40 MLAs to a resort in the outskirts of Bangalore to put pressure on the BJP top brass. He claimed that he has the support of 120 MLAs in the Karnataka assembly.
