New Delhi: Breaking News! According to Agency reports, India's third largest IT company, Wipro has decided to hire 7,500 freshers in the coming fiscal. Wipro has decided to go aggressive on its 2010 Campus recruitment drive to boost its workforce.

 

 

 

According to Wipro sources, the company is currently busy making lateral hirings and also plans to add non-engineering students. Wipro has recently given a pay hike from its employees, which came as a plesant surprise for many in the economic downturn.

 

Wipro employees will get a pay hike in the range of 8% - 12%. Unconfirmed reports say that some employees are even getting a 15% raise, which will take effect from February 1, 2010.
