Sports Desk: India's ace Tennis players Mahesh Bhupathi and Rohan Bopanna have been dropped from the Davis Cup team on disciplinary grounds. Both Bopanna and Bhupathi had arm-twisted the AITA ahead of the London Olympics and refused to partner with Leander Paes, but returned with no medal in the end.

 

The AITA was not happy with their attitude. Meanwhile, Leander and Somdev Devvarman had requested the AITA to rest them for the Davis Cup. The new-look Indian team includes Yuki Bhambri, Vishnu Vardhan, Saketh Myneni, Divij Sharan, Sanam Singh and Sri Ram Balaji.
