| Zen Mobile launches Ultra Tab A100 in India |

News Desk: Indian phone manufacturer Zen Mobile has launched the Ultra A100, an Android Ice Cream Sandwich based tablet in India. The device is priced at Rs 6,199.  Though the Ultra A100 is available at Rs 6,199, Homeshop18 is offering the tablet at a promotional price of Rs 5,999 which is expected to continue for a while in this initial period.  The tablet features a 7-inch touch screen having with 800x480 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.2GHz processor and weighs 295 grams. It sports 512MB of RAM, 4GB of built-in storage, microSD card slot to extend up to 32GB and a 1.3 MP front facing camera with digital zoom.  The Ultra Tab also provides mobile TV services – nexGTv service, loaded with over 100 live channels, Video-on-Demand and Live TV including Hindi movie ‘Zindegi Naa Milegi Doobara’. This service is an outcome of a partnership between Zen and data value added service provider DigiVive.  A100 sports apps like iBrowser, mBollywood, India newspaper, mig33, Paytm and others. Users can also download more apps from Google Play store. For connectivity the device supports Wi-Fi and 3G. |
