By Triveni Sharma: Arm wrestling is an amazing sport that needs power and strength. If the match is held between a girl and boy, there won't be any prize for guessing the winner.

In arm wrestling, players sit opposite to each other with a table in between.  Both the players grip their hands tightly and place their elbows on the surface of solid table. They both try their best to pin down the other player arm on the surface of the table. They cannot raise their feet and elbow from the surface.

Mixed arm wrestling is usually played by males and females.  In mixed arm wrestling, women can compete against men in an eventual “intergender” test of potency. However, wrestling has been played for many years. It is a fun game and sport in which players can enjoy and also test their strength.

It is not only a male sport now but women are also competing with men and showing their strength and power to them. The rule of mixed wrestling is as same as normal arm wrestling. But some variations are made that include allowing a participant to make use of both hands or giving a challenger the benefit of influence by allowing them to stand.

Not only power, but focus is also needed while playing this interesting sport. This sport is dominated by energy and many men are too macho to visualize they’ll lose a woman. However, when a lady is stronger that she comes into sight, it might be too late for man to invalidate his approach. Before he understands that, he lost the game.

Undoubtedly, a woman who is driven to show her strength in such sports will be a tough opponent for any man. Mixed wrestling have become common now, as women are competing with men in many fields, so gender battle or ‘battle of sexes’ is always a fun no matter it is a sport or a battle.
