By Triveni Sharma: These days, women face the big obstacles between the work-life balance issues. A woman finds it hard to maintain a balance between her work and family. Many times women are forced to take a tough call.
If she does not want to quit her job, sadly they are judged as “not serious enough” or “not dedicated enough” when they can’t put in the hours that their peers can.
There are many women who have to compromise between family and work. Many times we have seen such women also who have to give up their job for children. Though, a good mother knows well how to take care of her children.
However, the concept of giving up job for children is somehow waste and inappropriate. As it is proved that women can easily do multitask at a time easily. So she can handle her career and children well at the same time.
Though, a good mother knows her responsibility towards her children. She knows well what education to give to her children without giving up her job. Likewise, a good mother is able to join both the things: the education of her children and her job.
Even if she does not have much time to spend with her children, a good mother knows what advice to give her child and to listen and solve the problems, helping them in their homework and to offer him or her independence he or she needs.
A child should be able to learn how to take decisions by his or her own and not always ask his or her mother to be next to him or her in difficult moments.
Whether to work or not, after children, is a woman’s completely personal choice. It is always a good idea for a woman to follow her career pursuits, even after her children, as it allows her to live her dreams and aspirations and also pave way for her financial independence as well as she can contribute substantially to wealth generation in the household, in this process.
In addition, women have become far more determined and have surpassed the men in various professional roles, which they do not be indecisive to chase after their children. |
