News Desk: Republican presidential candidate and former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney Mitt Romney swept the GOP Presidential Primary, winning in all five states including New York.

After struggling months to have dominance and to pose as the biggest rival to President Barack Obama for the White House, Romney is all set to open a new chapter in the United States.

While launching his campaign against Obama whom he accused of giving "false promises and weak leadership", the Republican presidential candidate said that his victory is the beginning of the end of the disappointments of the Obama years. "It’s the start of a new and better chapter that we will write together", he said.

After his victories in five states on Tuesday, he told his supporters, "A better America begins tonight". He has won in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Delaware, Pennsylvania and New York in the first contests since his chief rival former Pennsylvania Sen Rick Santorum was out of the race.
