News Desk: Myanmar's Opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi was finally swron-in as a Parliamentarian. This is the first time she entered the Parliament after a gap of 25 years.

For the last 25 years, Aung San Suu Kyi has been fighting a relentless battle against the military junta. Her entry into the Parliament opened a new era in Myanmar's political history.

Suu Kyi's party swept the bypolls last month. However, they won't have enough say in the Parliamentary affairs because of the meagre number. The government will still be controlled by the junta, but Suu Kyi will get a chance to raise voices against various policies.
